A corporate life influenced many young talents in this decade. Though its growth is irregular all these years, the boom compensated for its doom drastically. A corporate life is indeed a place of heaven for those who keep themselves smart by balancing work and life. On the other hand it’s a not a perfect place for both workaholic and indolent. It depends upon individual attitude. Culturals, jaunts and extramural activities are also a part of this life.
A perfect place if you are smart enough to handle yourselves effectively. One needs to master certain arts to manipulate and manage things. Some try to reveal their unique identity, some don’t want their identity to be disclosed anywhere, for some individuals things fall in to place. One can try to be in any of the above three zones and it’s in their hands to decide the best. But if you change your thoughts often it’s difficult to switch between these regions. Taking this as an example I can stress that a dilemmatic approach in any walk of life would worsen us.
If you want to be a fair competitor you need to supple your actions, thoughts and behavior. Often people interpret flexibility as a “Sin” which they can’t afford to commit at any cause. This causes languish unworthy efforts of theirs to be directed to a backlog pipe. A wide open ear is better commendable than a wide open mouth!!! A 100% percent smart commitment (and effort) to a work within stipulated time is praiseworthy. Gone are the days when people where recognized and rewarded for their efforts, no matter whether it’s worthy or contemptible. Frequent feedbacks, an optimal decision making, understanding the need of the hour and ensuing smart efforts to accomplish it are the qualities which the current industry demands. It’s better to practice these leadership qualities continuously. It is rather effective to adopt the style and passion pursued among our achievers. This can be one of the motivation factors.
As a matter of fact, an average person finds it difficult to practice these activities meticulously. Fortunately or unfortunately this serves as a margin for achievers. Often people enter the IT with lots of thoughts, hopes and achievement. It is after this entry they realize that the competitors are giants. They get carried away very easily. They fail to realize that it is the common sense which plays a vital part in their day-to-day activity. I am sure that this prevails in each and every aspect of life but many find it difficult to practice in all walks of life.
To wind up I would say that it’s our attitude which defines our work place!!!
