I too have a strong opinion and aspiration of getting an MBA from a reputed B-school but not at the cost of bringing down the values of a developer. In my opinion, an organization's growth lies on the attitude, perception and dreams of multiple individuals. A dependency must prevail between at all levels of an organization. But this dependency must not become a vicious circle. Is this an article for which I am competing!!!
Let me become general. Do you want to aspire yourself to reach great heights? Don't get too much influenced by any external factors. Stand by your views, thoughts and dreams. Society and surroundings must be given a priority for suggestions and not for decisions. A place where you feel worthy needs to analyzed and reaching those great heights with hard work and perseverance makes even a dull individual to feel great!!!
I am not a highly committed individual. My thoughts often create an intuition among people that I have high aspirations. Aspiring is the first step but putting in the real (and smart) effort is where real worthiness of our aspiration lies. Does that mean I am just an aspirer? To some extent I would say “It was yes”.
As I said I am now aspiring for pursuing an MBA from a reputed B-School. “Is it possible?” “Can my dreams come true?” These questions and dilemma’s made me to go back to my schooling and subsequent graduation days. Though I am an average performer I showed some positive results in many situation where I myself would have lost my hope. I have aspired and put in some real time little efforts which fetched me good feel till date, simply because the outcomes were too optimistic. So these results make me to feel I am currently in the right track. Let me see how far I accomplish. It’s entirely dependent on a single factor “Attitude”. As the attitude factor increases the confidence almost doubles!!!
I am aspiring to become an entrepreneur for a firm (Multi National Company) which creates tremendous buoyant to the society. In a nutshell to modernize, which we were longing for a quite some time. What to revolutionize? When to revolutionize? I have no idea. I hope that time will earn me good amount of knowledge. Management knowledge would be an added advantage. Are these unrealistic thoughts? “Yes” was my initial presumption. Fortunately (or) unfortunately I was not preoccupied with my presumptions for a longer time. It was the influence of certain people at different stages of my life to get rid of those preoccupations. They played a vital (some short) role in my life. Obviously I would prioritize my parents on the top of the list with some inspiring people and invaluable friends ranking second. A self-analysis also played a fair part.
At the same time I am also a guy who gets carried away by mortal desires. I am more inspired when it comes to debate. Arousing, playing pranks, bullying, freaking with friends are some leisure time activities. My words might create an impression that my resolutions are not viable. Who knows that these might damp me down!!! I am least bothered of the exact effect. This is the approach I am going to pursue. "A continued effort might at least take us to a level which is one or two steps below our vision".
